LIABILITY INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES

GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from Qualified and Experienced Firms to provide LIABILITY INSURANCE BROKERAGE SERVICES . JAXPORT’s current Liability coverage include Commercial Marine Liability – Marine Terminal Operator Liability, Security Guard Liability, Railroad Track Owner Liability and Automobile Insurance coverage. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer receiving the highest number of points by submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal that, when evaluated, meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined on the Evaluation Criteria Matrix (RFP ATTACHMENT NO. 1) for an initial period of one (1) year, with four (4) additional, one (1) year renewal options made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT and based on vendor performance. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment.

Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only and uploaded into E-Builder. JAXPORT no longer accepts any proposals/bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries.
