Plain-language summary: GovRFP aggregates public procurement information and provides it as-is. Verify everything at the source before acting on it — especially deadlines. Don't abuse the service. We're in early access and things will change.
1. The service
GovRFP ("the service") is operated by LeTrain AI. It aggregates publicly available U.S. government contract and grant opportunity notices from official sources, normalizes them, and presents them for search. The service is currently in early access and provided free of charge.
2. Data accuracy — verify at the source
Opportunity data is synchronized from third-party government portals. Deadlines, amendments, documents and requirements can change at the source at any time, and synchronization runs on a cadence — the service can lag the source. Always verify the official notice at the originating portal before acting. Every record links back to its source. The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. LeTrain AI is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the service, including missed deadlines.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service or its data layer.
- Don't resell or systematically redistribute the docket without permission.
- Automated access is limited to the interfaces we provide (CSV export, saved streams).
4. Source content
Notice text, documents and attachments belong to the publishing government entities. We display them with attribution and link to the original record; see the data sourcing policy. If you represent a source and want a listing changed or removed, contact us and we'll act promptly.
5. Changes
Early access means the product, features, and these terms will evolve. Paid features, when introduced, will have their own terms presented at sign-up. Material changes to these terms will be noted with an updated date on this page.
