CRUISE TERMINAL JANITORIAL SERVICES (100% SEB Participation Only)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed companies to provide CRUISE TERMINAL JANITORIAL SERVICES (100% SEB Participation Only)

for at the Dames Point Cruise Terminal (DPCT). As of November 2025, the JAXPORT Terminal is home for two (2) cruise lines, CARNIVAL and NORWEGIAN. The primary objective is to ensure reliable, efficient, and professional services that will include, but not be limited to peripheral/internal cleaning using the methods, materials and equipment as outlined in this contract. All employees assigned to work under this contract will be required to have a TWIC Badge for access to the terminal. This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded the Proposer receiving the highest number of points by submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal that, when evaluated, meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined in the RFP. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified.

PROPOSERS MUST HAVE ATTENDED THE SCHEDULED MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT HELD ON AUGUST 12, 2026 TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AWARD OF THIS RFP .
