LANDSCAPING SERVICES AT DAMES POINT MARINE TERMINAL

GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is soliciting bids from Qualified and Experienced Companies to provide year-round LANDSCAPING SERVICES at DAMES POINT MARINE TERMINAL (DPMT) . All work must conform to all applicable city and county codes. Services to be performed under this contract must furnish all supervision and include all cost associated with labor, equipment, materials, and any other similar charges as required for an initial term of one (1) year with four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT. All employees assigned to work under this contract will be required to have a TWIC Badge for access to certain areas of the Dames Point Marine Terminal. Therefore, the purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to request information about your company’s abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain pricing commitment.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT will be held at 2:00 PM (ET), MONDAY, JULY 8, 2024 . Bidders are to meet at 9834 New Berlin Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32226, and will be transported by bus to the site. JAXPORT employee(s) will not be available to answer questions during the site visit.
