FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES

The Jacksonville Port Authority is soliciting proposals from “Qualified and Experienced Firms” interested in providing FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES and Public Private Partnership Services for the Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT). JAXPORT will accept proposals from qualified proposers on an individual or combined basis: 1) General Financial Advisory Services and 2) Public Private Partnership Advisory Services (P3).This is an evaluated contract and will be awarded to one (1) Proposer receiving the highest number of points by submitting the most responsive and responsible proposal that, when evaluated, meet both entities needs and requirements as outlined on the Evaluation Criteria Matrix (RFP ATTACHMENT NO. 2) for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional, one (1) year renewal options made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT and based on vendor performance. Therefore, the purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to request information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Terri Lemon-Scott at [email protected] or submitted through E-Builder is FRIDAY, MARCH 7, 2025, at 4:00 PM (ET) . Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known potential bidders registered in the E-Builders website.

Proposals and all required supplemental material listed in Article III (items to be submitted with Proposal Form) must be electronically submitted in PDF format only and uploaded into E-Builder. JAXPORT no longer accepts any proposals/bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries.
