JAXPORT is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ’s) from Professional Engineering Consultant Firm’s interested in providing CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING CONSULTING AND DESIGN SERVICES for the Jacksonville Port Authority.
