702-27-04, LRC Facility Pre-Renovation Cleanout

The purpose of this solicitation is to obtain a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive trash removal and disposal services at the Department for the Blind and Vision Impaired (DBVI) facility located at 395 Azalea Avenue, Richmond, VA 23227. These services are required to ensure the building is properly cleared of all trash, debris, and non‑hazardous waste in preparation for upcoming renovation work. The contractor shall supply all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to complete the services described in the Scope of Work in a safe, timely, and compliant manner. This procurement will enable DBVI to begin renovation activities without obstruction or delay.
