Full scope

The intent and purpose of this solicitation is to enter into a contract with a qualified contractor(s) to provide Refuse Collection Services (not to include hazardous or infectious materials) for the Virginia State Police, an Agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia. This is a multi-award solicitation. Contractor is not required to bid on all lines/locations to be considered for award(s).
