REQUEST FOR LETTERS OF INTEREST AND STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS The University of Virginia, Charlottesville, Virginia, invites highly qualified Class A General Contractors to submit Letters of Interest and Statements of Qualifications along with background information on Form HECO-16 (obtain adapted version from https://www.fm.virginia.edu/depts/fpc/contractadmin/advertisements.html) Medical Center On-Demand Program(General Contracting Firms)RFP #: 26-101The University of Virginia Medical Center seeks to obtain a slate of general contracting firms capable of performing construction, renovation or improvement projects. These pre-selected firms are then qualified to be a part of the Medical Center On-Demand Program for construction procurements. The projects may be comprised of, but not limited to, Competitive Sealed Bidding and Emergency Projects.
