The Central Virginia VA Health Care System (Richmond VA Medical Center), 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA 23249, has an ongoing requirement to support the Richmond VA Medical Center s canteen operations. The facility is undergoing renovation, and their walk-in cooler needs a new condenser and evaporator to ensure uninterrupted cold storage capability and food safety. The Government will award a contract resulting from this RFQ to the proposer responsible whose quote represents the lowest price acceptable for the government. Quotations shall be received no later than 1PM EST on August 28, 2026. Late submissions shall be treated in accordance with the solicitation provision at FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
