Prerequisites (2026-08-27): This Contract contains the following Prerequisites:

A. The bidder must demonstrate the following:

1.) Bidder shall have a minimum of three years of installation experience with underground water main and/or fire main and shall have completed at least two projects of similar size and complexity within the last five years involving underground fire mains, fire service connections, valves, and coordination with sprinkler and fire alarm systems in accordance with applicable NFPA Standards.

2.) Bidder shall have a minimum of one year of experience with the coordination and management of fire alarm system work and associated components.

3.) Bidder or entity performing the fire alarm system replacement shall have the following qualifications:

a. A minimum of one year working on contracts comparable in type to the Work of this Contract.

b. Completed or substantially completed at least two contracts comparable in type to the Work of this Contract.
