Hi All, As part of the Port Authority’s fair and competitive solicitation process, “call-in” solicitations may remain ‘open’ for the duration of the term of the call-in program. Any firms meeting the proposer requirements listed in the call-in solicitation document are able to submit a proposal, even if said firms have submitted proposals in the past and not been awarded an agreement. The Authority shall have the ability to evaluate proposals that come in on an “as-needed” basis and is under no obligation to review or award additional Agreements if it is not in the best interest of the Authority. The current “due date” is the anticipated end date of the program and the end date of any Agreements awarded under the program - therefore proposals should be submitted as soon as ready, but in no case later than three months in advance of that date. Proposals will only be received electronically using the Bonfire platform. Any questions pertaining to an RFP should be sent via email to the respective Solicitation Manager listed in the RFP document. If you have any questions related to a specific RFP, please follow up with the Solicitation Manager listed in the RFP letter. Please also note that for purposes of this “open” solicitation, references to past pre-proposal meetings, due dates and times shall be disregarded. Thank you, Virginia Cash
