General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to improve the mobility of trucks entering and leaving the SSA facility south of William Mills St. During peak hours additional turn lanes will provide queue length for incoming trucks. A dedicated slip lane for outgoing trucks will help to maintain constant traffic flow and minimize conflict points. In accordance with contract specifications and drawings.
