General Scope of Work: The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is requesting bids from qualified firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, testing and supervision necessary to INSTALL a 12” diameter watermain at Blount Island Marine Terminal (BIMT) per the contract specifications and contract drawings. All labor performed, materials and equipment to be furnished shall be in accordance and compliant with all applicable local, state and federal codes, standards and regulations, including but not limited to the JEA, CSX, JPA.
