CHAIN LINK FENCE INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES (100% SEB SET-ASIDE)

GENERAL SUMMARY OF SCOPE – The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) is interested in engaging the services of a qualified and experienced company to provide “as-needed” CHAIN LINK FENCE INSTALLATION, MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES (100% SEB SET-ASIDE) for all area of the Port. JAXPORT has determined the participation goal established for this contract is 100% SEB SET-ASIDE (JSEB/DBE/SBA/MBE/WBE). The Contractor will furnish all supervision, labor, materials and necessary equipment to professionally Install, Maintain and Repair existing fencing equipment and may include, but not limited to new projects to repair and maintain new equipment that replaces existing fencing. All work must conform to all applicable City and County Codes. The term of the contract for these services is intended to be for an initial period of three (3) years, with two (2) additional, one (1) year renewal options made at the sole discretion of JAXPORT and based on vendor performance. JAXPORT intends to award this contract to the Bidder offering the lowest price consistent with meeting all specifications, terms and conditions set forth in the Invitation to Bid (ITB). Therefore, the purpose of this ITB is to request information about your abilities to provide these services exactly as specified and to obtain a pricing commitment.

QUESTIONS DEADLINE – The deadline for submitting questions by e-mail to Jerrie Gunder at [email protected] or submitted through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder) is FRIDAY, AUGUST 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM (ET) . Questions will then be released by e-mail via an Addendum to all known potential bidders registered in the E-Builders website.
