TMT STORM DRAIN UPGRADES AT BERTH 6 MANIFOLD (100% SEB SET-ASIDE)

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The Jacksonville Port Authority (JAXPORT) seeks a Contractor to all furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to excavate, remove 110-LF of defective 24-IN CMP and replace with 110-LF of new 24-IN RCP located at Berth 6 Manifold, Talleyrand Marine Terminal (TMT) as outlined in accordance with the Conditions of the Contract, Specifications, and Drawings of this ITB. The mandatory SEB Participation Goal established for this project is 100% SEB Set Aside (JSEB/MBE/WBE/DBE/SBA).

Sealed bids will be received by JAXPORT up to 2:00 PM (ET) , local time, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 25, 2024 , at which time they shall be opened via ZOOM at: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/86145572105?pwd=15vLiXTL7CXviu5S2XqfaRWdLjY8q2.1 , Meeting ID: 861 4557 2105, Passcode: 835540 for TMT STORM DRAIN UPGRADES AT BERTH 6 MANIFOLD .

Bids and all required supplemental material must be electronically submitted in PDF format only through Trimble Unity Construct (E-Builder). JAXPORT no longer accepts any bid packages submitted by Email, Fax, Mail or Hand-Deliveries.

All bids must be submitted in accordance with specifications and drawings for Contract No. MC-2004A.

A PRE-BID CONFERENCE AND SITE VISIT WAS HELD ON FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2024
