Full scope
The purpose of this program is to strengthen suicide prevention in Indian health systems by implementing the Zero Suicide framework through a comprehensive, culturally informed approach. The program supports Tribal health systems in building leadership, workforce capacity, systematic suicide risk identification, timely engagement and evidence-based treatment, continuity of care, and quality improvement to improve outcomes for American Indian and Alaska Native (AI/AN) individuals at risk for suicide.
Description

Eligibility
Federally recognized Tribe as defined by 25 U.S.C. 1603 (14); Tribal organization as defined by 25 U.S.C. 1603 (26); Urban Indian organization as defined by 25 U.S.C. 1603 (29).
