Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 2

On September 14, 2026 the Army Contracting Command Redstone Arsenal awarded Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract W31P4Q-26-D-A001 to develop and produce the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) Increment 2 Early Operational Capability (EOC) missiles. The award was made on an other than full and open competitive basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as implemented by RFO FAR 6.103-1(a) and (b), -- Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . The ceiling value is $1,211,234,988 with an ordering period through 13 September 2031.
