F-35 Lightning II FY 25-28 Site Activation and Hardware (SAHW) IDIQ

The F-35 Lightning II Joint Stike Fighter (JSF) Joint Program Office (JPO) has awarded a Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-(1)(a)(2)(ii) and (iii), Only One Responsible Source, to Lockheed Martin Corporation, in support of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 - 2028 Site Activation and Hardware (SAHW). The contract value is $2,293,000,000 and provides initial non-recurring sustainment activities and services, including site activation, interim contractor support, fleet management, and reliability and maintainability improvement plan in support of establishing new operational sites, one-time setup of both land-based and at-sea fleet support operations including initial engineering and technical sustainment services the F-35 Lightning II JSF JPO Air Systems for the Air Force, Marine Corps, Navy, Foreign Military Sales customers and F-35 Cooperative Program Partners.
