Full scope

The Programmatic Support Services will encompass administrative management, strategic planning, program analysis, financial management, and reporting functions essential to the operations of the CONUS Management Office. The Programmatic Support Services will encompass administrative management, strategic planning, program analysis, financial management, and reporting functions essential to the operations of the CONUS Management Office. The CONUS Management Office at Redstone Arsenal has a request for programmatic and logistics support to the Aviation program. Aviation contractor must have technical knowledge of rotary wing aircraft operation, maintenance, and sustainment; as well as, knowledge of Security Assistance, support/sustainment of a weapon system, program analysis, and requirements management. The components of the service include knowledge of Security Assistance procedures and regulations (FMS Case understanding), requirements management, correspondence development, milestone management, experience with Army weapons systems (specifically rotary wing aircraft for the Aviation candidate), logistics support, tracking cargo transit, understanding of repair and return process and requisition process.
