Full scope
The Defense Health Agency (DHA) seeks contractor support for data abstraction services to populate and maintain the Defense and Veterans Eye Injury and Vision Registry (DVEIVR), a joint DoD/VA web-based clinical data repository for ocular injuries, diagnoses, treatments, and outcomes of Service Members and Veterans. Required services include: - Reviewing, extracting, and entering relevant ocular and related clinical data from DoD and VA systems (AHLTA, TMDS, JLV, MHS GENESIS, VistA, and others) into DVEIVR. - Supporting data abstractor training, knowledge transfer, business process development, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and business rules. - Conducting quality monitoring, auditing, and process improvement to ensure data accuracy. - Participating in working groups, change boards, IPTs, and stakeholder meetings.
