Space Systems Command (SSC) is seeking information on how interested industry partners and a Consortium Manager (CM) could design, engineer, evaluate, and validate a secure, multi-node, multi-vendor continuous software development and delivery architecture. The Government is evaluating the feasibility of executing a No-Funds-Obligated (No-Cost) Prototype Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 4022.
