DISCLOSURE OF MAGNITUDE OF PROJECT: this solicitation's estimated price is described in terms of the following price range, $600,000.00 - $800,000.00. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Amendment 0001: In order to receive the drawings in support of referenced areas in the PWS, Offerors shall submit a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) (Attachment 4) as these documents are Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Once the NDA is submitted to the CO and CS, the Offeror shall receive the CUI documents via DoD Safe. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Project Title: Replace Carpet in Atrium, and Corridors and Offices of Lower Level 1 in B1000 Project Location: 900 SAC Blvd, Offutt AFB, 68113 The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, administration, and services necessary to remove existing carpet flooring, prepare the subfloor, and install new carpet in the atrium, as well as the corridors and offices of Lower Level 1, Building 1000 (B1000) at Headquarters United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) at Offutt AFB, NE. The project involves purchasing new carpet for the atrium, corridors and specific offices, as well as salvaging serviceable carpet tiles from the corridors to be reused in office spaces. Site Visit: Thursday, 27 August 2026 at 11:00 AM CDT. Meet at the visitor s entrance to Building 1000 (900 SAC Blvd, Offutt AFB, 68113) by 10:45 AM CDT.
