This is a combined Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) notice. Any information submitted by respondents to this request is strictly voluntary. All information received from this Sources Sought/RFI notice will be used for planning and market research purposes only. The United States (U.S.) Government will treat your response to this Sources Sought/RFI notice as information. The information provided may be used by the Air Force to develop an acquisition strategy, statement of work (SOW), statement of objectives (SOO), and performance work statement (PWS) and associated specifications. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought/RFI notice; all costs associated with responding to this Sources Sought/RFI notice will be solely at the interested parties expense. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to provide feedback with respect to any information submitted. To the maximum extent possible, please submit non-proprietary information. Any proprietary information submitted should be identified as such and will be handled accordingly and protected from disclosure. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with the applicable Government regulations. The Government shall not be liable for damages related to proprietary information that is not properly identified. Any submissions in response to this Sources Sought/RFI constitutes consent for that submission to be reviewed by Government personnel and Advisory & Assistance Services (A&AS) Contractor employees supporting AFLCMC/ES. The responses may be forwarded to other Government entities in consideration for applicability to other programs. All Government and Department of War (DoW) contractor personnel reviewing Sources Sought/RFI responses will have signed non-disclosure agreements and understand their responsibility for proper use and protection from unauthorized disclosure of proprietary information. All members of the Government and contractor team will be reminded of their obligation to protect such information to the maximum extent permitted or required by the Economic Espionage Act, 18 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1831 et seq., and other applicable statutes or regulations. In addition, Government members will be reminded of their obligation to afford protection under the Trade Secrets Act, 18 U.S.C. 1905. 1.0 Introduction The Aerospace Management Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Branch (AFLCMC/ESAN) is seeking market information to identify highly mobile, production-ready, commercial solutions to support the modernization of Ground Control Approach (GCA) and Precision Approach Radar (PAR) systems capabilities in support of the Brazilian Air Force and potentially other FMS partner nations. 2.0 Objective The primary objective of this Sources Sought/RFI notice is to identify new systems to replace existing L3Harris GCA-2000 and PAR-2000 systems to improve the Brazilian Air Force s ability to support radar surveillance and precision landing operations. Based on the review of responses to this Sources Sought/RFI notice, the Government may elect to release a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) at a future date. The Period of Performance (PoP) for any subsequent contract effort will remain variable and dependent upon the maturity and deployment timelines of the offered solutions. Under any future resultant contract, the prime contractor will be required to execute a comprehensive modernization effort, to include the delivery of all required radar equipment, provision of initial spares, and the execution of all necessary site modifications and system integration. 3.0 Desired Capabilities The below capabilities integrate specific parameters required by the Brazilian Air Force. 3.1 General System must demonstrate the capability to achieve full flight inspection certifica…
