This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Refer to the attachments for additional details. This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for supplies contract for dental equipment, located at Warm Springs, Oregon. This will be a brand name or equal request for 3 each of the ConMed Micropower High Speed electric drill and 3 each of the ConMed Medium Bur Guard. The required delivery date is 10/31/2026. The delivery location and place of acceptance is 1270 Kotnum Road Warm Springs, Oregon 97761 F.O.B. Destination. (See attachments for details).
