Description of Intended Single Source Purchase (PUR 7776) is attached.

Any prospective vendors must provide information in writing regarding their ability to supply the requested services as described in the attached PUR 7776.

Vendor information regarding their ability to provide the services are to be emailed to the contact person listed in the attached PUR and is to be received no later than 8/20/26 at 3:00 pm.
