This notice is provided in accordance with statutory requirements for a 15-business-day advertisement of the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services’ intent to enter into a single source agreement.

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services intends to enter into an agreement with Daytona International Speedway, LLC to procure Sports event promotion and sponsorship.

Prospective Vendors who believe they can provide these commodities, or contractual services shall provide relevant information to the contact person listed on this advertisement no later than SS advertisement end date.
