The St. Johns River Water Management District (the “District”) is seeking submittals from interested firms to construct a wingwall associated with a 6,500 cubic feet per second water control structure in an active canal environment with discharges through three vertical lift gates, including rehabilitation of a manatee overlook. The Work is located at Structure S-157 on the C-54 Canal east of Interstate 95, adjacent to St. Sebastian River Preserve State Park in Brevard County, Florida
