ALL QUESTIONS AND OFFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH BONFIRE: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations with one or more qualified vendors to provide comprehensive landscape maintenance services at the Fairfax, Arlington, Price William (SciTech), Front Royal (SMSC), Potomac Science Center, and Point of View campuses/facilities for the Facilities Department of George Mason University. George Mason University (herein after referred to as “George Mason,” “Mason,” “GMU”, or “University”) is a public institution of higher education and agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
