The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) is to solicit bids from qualified vendors for the spot purchase of Iron Grip Brand Heavy-Duty Dumbbells in accordance with the specifications herein. The goods shall be delivered to the Virginia State Police headquarters located 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23235. The award will be made on a grand total basis. (see award clause for further information). This solicitation is for brand name only, no substitutions or alternates permitted. All items must come from the same vendor.
