The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as VDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and install a salt pond liner replacement, including geosynthetic membrane protection barrier liner and HDPE geomembrane, at Glade Hill Area Headquarters located at 5483 Colonial Turnpike, Glade Hill, VA 24091, of VDOTs Salem District in accordance with the specifications contained herein.
