The project is generally described as providing all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation and all incidentals required and/or implied for the complete and satisfactory performance necessary for the construction of a one-story classroom and lab addition at The Hanover Center for Trades and Technology, 10002 Learning Lane, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. All work shall be provided in accordance with the Project Manual and associated Contract Drawings.
