IFB# 161142 Custodial Services - Salem

Full scope

The Virginia Department of Transportation, herein referred to as VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish custodial services for the Salem Residency at 714 S. Broad St., Salem, VA 24153 in accordance with this invitation for bids. Services will be for the Salem Residency Complex, consisting of one building with two floors and an additional structure. The total is 5,806 Square feet including the additional structure and should normally take between 2.5 to 3 hours to complete daily tasks.
