Description

The Maury Service Authority invites qualified Construction Management to submit a proposal to provide Construction Management and Construction services for the MSA Biosolids Improvements Project – Phase 1. Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 pm on September 9, 2026. All proposals should be addressed to: L. Jordan Combs, Executive Director. All inquiries for information should be directed to: L. Jordan Combs at [email protected] or (540) 784-8036. The project consist of improvements to the MSA WWTP biosolids handling and storage equipment. Including but not limited to, replacement of GBT-1 with a combination gravity belt thickener/belt filter press (GBT/BFP) unit within the existing Sludge Control Facility, installation and integration of supporting equipment/electrical/plumbing, and replacement of biosolids storage area.Note: This public body does not discriminate against faith‐based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, § 2.2‐4343.1 or against a bidder or offeror because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment.
