MSA Phase I - Biosolids Improvement Project - Construction Management Procurement

The Maury Service Authority invites qualified Construction Management to submit a proposal to provide Construction Management and Construction services for the MSA Biosolids Improvements Project – Phase 1. Proposals will be received electronically until 2:00 pm on September 9, 2026. All proposals should be addressed to: L. Jordan Combs, Executive Director. The project consist of improvements to the MSA WWTP biosolids handling and storage equipment.
