The City of Fredericksburg, Virginia (the “City”) seeks to solicit proposals from qualified professional engineering firms to provide transportation engineering services to assist the City of Fredericksburg in the performance of a Courtland Drive Connector Study. This study will involve the assessment, impacts, and development of planning-level concepts and cost estimates for a new multi-modal east-west connection linking Courtland Drive and Learning Lane.
