The purpose of this Request for Proposal l (RFP) is to solicit proposals from eligible entities with proven service approaches and strategies to provide employment and training services to residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia through the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Employment and Training (SNAP E&T) program. Description
