The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (the County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor (the Contractor) for the Construction of the Fire and Rescue Training Tower (the Project). The Project consists of a five (5)-story training tower and associated site improvements, to be constructed on the Loudoun County Fire and Rescue Training Academy Campus, located at 16600 Courage Court, Leesburg, Virginia 20175.
