The University is undertaking this procurement to identify a highly qualified and experienced private development partner (or team) capable of delivering a comprehensive, phased program of campus development aligned with the University’s adopted Campus Master Plan. The University’s intent is to leverage the PPEA framework to accelerate project delivery, access private-sector expertise and innovation, and allocate appropriate levels of development, financial, operational, and lifecycle risk to the private partner.
