Full scope

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers to provide 2026, or most current model year, new Large SUV's to all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies, institutions of higher education, or other public bodies (collectively “Authorized Users”) as defined in the Code of Virginia §2.2-1110, 2.2-1120, and 2.2-4301.
