WAREHOUSE DEMOLITION AT 1732 TALLEYRAND AVENUE

GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: The Jacksonville Port Authority is seeking qualified contractors to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision of demolition and disposal of a warehouse and associated metal canopy and offices located at 1732 Talleyrand Ave., Jacksonville, FL 32206. Following demolition/disposal, concrete ramps shall be constructed within the office footprint and between the existing canopy and warehouse concrete slab. In addition, the existing asphalt shall be milled and resurfaced.
