The Indiana Department of Health (IDOH) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS) data collection services. The selected Contractor will support the collection, management, quality assurance, and reporting of population health survey data in accordance with requirements established by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and IDOH.
