RFP 26-87488 IVH Electronic Health Record (EHR)

The current EHR system is adequate for the ISPHN's needs both now and for the foreseeable future. Transitioning to a new system is anticipated to be costly, time-consuming, and risky with no significant benefit to the State, the taxpayer, or the patients served by the ISPHN. Based on the information obtained from RFI 25-82982, we believe further solicitation efforts would be in opposition to Governor Braun's stated interests in lean, effective government. We submit that the RFI has met the intents of SEA5, including financial stewardship, competitive solicitation, and procurement transparency.
