IFB - 3-Year Tableau Software Licenses

27TH08-3 Addendum #1 3-Year Tableau Software Licenses (2026-10-16): Dear Vendors,

Please see the attached Addendum #1 and Revised Attachment C- Cost Form to be used for this solicitation. Here are the changes being made to this IFB:

1. Change from 12 month licenses to 3-Year licenses, billed annually. Please use the Revised Attachment C- Cost Form to list pricing each year for Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3.
2. Revised IFB Number and Title. Revised to 27TH08-3 3-Year Tableau Software Licenses, to indicate a multi-year contract.
3. Revision on Bid Close Date, Question Due Date and School Board Approval. To allow time for these changes, Questions are now due Monday, October 26, 2026 at 12:00 pm MDT. The Bid Close date is moved to Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 12:00 pm MDT. IFB award will now require school board approval at their November 24, 2026 school board meeting.

The 3-Year agreement has been approved by Tableau, so you should not run into any issues offering us pricing for 3 years. Please note that these licenses are to be billed annually.
