Bid Tabulation (2026-09-15): The preliminary bid tabulation is attached. Please note that this bid was for our six Pre-Qualified Contractors only. Bids from non pre-qualified contractors were not accepted due to this requirement.
Bid Awarded (2026-09-15): Responses were evaluated according to the criteria stated in the solicitation. We announce our intent to award a contract to Lyndon Jones Construction.

The awarded contractor is instructed not to begin work, purchase materials, or enter into subcontracts relating to the project until both the recipient and the City of South Jordan sign the contract. The receipt of this award notification does not create or constitute a contract. Only the receipt of an executed contract signed between the awarded vendor and the City of South Jordan constitutes a contract.

The awarded contractor will be contacted directly via phone or email with the next steps.
