Full scope
The purpose of the Rural Health Value (RHV) Program is to fund one recipient to provide analysis and technical assistance (TA) for rural stakeholders to help them understand and engage in the value-based care landscape in the context of rural health care. The goal of this funding opportunity is to support the ability of rural providers to participate and succeed in current and emerging payment and delivery system models designed to provide value-based care.

The goal of this funding opportunity is to support the ability of rural providers to participate and succeed in current and emerging payment and delivery system models designed to provide value-based care.
Eligibility
Only domestic organizations are eligible. "Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau. Faith-based organizations are eligible.
