The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) - Community Systems Development provides funding to communities in rural areas to develop and/or expand behavioral health systems of care through formalized networks that expand operational and clinical service capacity regionally through coordinated implementation of evidence-based SUD prevention, treatment, recovery, and related services.

The Rural Communities Opioid Response Program (RCORP) - Community Systems Development provides funding to communities in rural areas to develop and/or expand behavioral health systems of care through formalized networks that expand operational and clinical service capacity regionally through coordinated implementation of evidence-based SUD prevention, treatment, recovery, and related services.
Eligibility
You can apply if you are a domestic public or private, non-profit or for-profit entity. "Domestic" means the 50 states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.RCORP-Community Systems Development services and activities may only support HRSA-designated rural counties and rural census tracts.
