The purpose of the Regional Excellence for Access to Comprehensive Care for Hemophilia Networks (REACH Networks) is to improve access to coordinated evidence-based comprehensive care for individuals with hemophilia and other related bleeding and clotting disorders.

Description

The purpose of the Regional Excellence for Access to Comprehensive Care for Hemophilia Networks (REACH Networks) is to improve access to coordinated evidence-based comprehensive care for individuals with hemophilia and other related bleeding and clotting disorders.

This program will expand access to comprehensive care, conduct quality improvement projects, train the workforce, provide ongoing education to Hemophilia Treatment Center staff, improve best practices for comprehensive and collaborative care including lifespan transitions.

Eligibility

Any domestic public or private entity, including an Indian tribe or tribal organization (as those terms are defined at 25 U.S.C. § 450b) is eligible to apply. See 42 CFR § 51a.3(a).
