Oglala Sioux Tribe shall implement the TCP, Coordinate with Tribal Council, President and other Tribal entities as needed, coordinate or provide Tribal Historic Preservation Office (THPO) support, maintain availability of the project Information Repository (IR), review project documents, schedule and attend meetings, participate in teleconferences, facilitate Government-to-Government relations, assist the EAFB Remedial Project Manager, implement community relations planning, provide briefings to Tribal executives, schedule cultural events or blessings, prepare monthly reports, and other project support activities in Section 5 of this PWS. This work is to be performed by OST in support of USAF Restoration Program (ERP) activities conducted on the BBR USAF Retained Area located on the Pine Ridge Reservation. Proposed support includes: - Facilitating an open and honest exchange of information as outlined in the Tribal Consultation Plan. The primary focus of this work is for the OST BBRD to assist in representing and communicating the Oglala Sioux Tribal interests to the USAF and to assist the USAF in communicating with Tribal government and public. - Providing support for the OST to maintain and enforce LUCs and grazing leases on the USAF Retained Area, as outlined in the Record of Decision prepared for the site.
