This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number W912HZ26QA047 is issued as a full and open under NAICS 334516-Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1000 employees. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structural Laboratory (GSL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires a service contract for TA Instruments DHR-2, TGA, SDT, and TAM Air equipment. One award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Technical Acceptability and 2. Lowest Price See attached solicitation for full requirements. It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may cause for rejection of your quote. Please complete the attached SF 1449 including Section G and return the quote. Your submitted responses are appreciated.
