Lower Monumental, Lower Granite, & Little Goose Dams Exciter Controls Upgrades

In accordance with RFO 12.301(a)(2), the U.S Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Walla Walla District, is issuing this special notice to make publicly available a sole source justification and approval with Basler Electric Company LLC for the supply of twelve (12) Basler Digital Excitation Controller Retrofit Upgrade Kits, three (3) Basler DECS-2100 spare parts packages, and twelve (12) electronic cabinets. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing. This notice of intent is not a formal solicitation or request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and requests for such a document will not be honored. No award will be made on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in writing to [email protected] no later than 11:00 AM PDT on October 2, 2026. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement for future requirements.
